Tri-clamp screen gasket
The Tri-clamp screen gasket is designed to be interchangeable with the standard sanitary clamp gasket to protect the pump and other components in the fluid pipeline. It has a wide range of mesh sizes, which can effectively collect and filter particles in a variety of processes and applications. Gaskets made of EPDM, PTFE, fluoro rubber and silicon have excellent corrosion resistance. They form a tight seal in the quick-clamping sanitary pipe fittings.
Fluid filtration gasket
These fluid filtration gaskets consist of 316L stainless steel screens, making them suitable for high-purity systems. The stainless steel filter screen adopts plain weave and Dutch twill weave to provide maximum strength and minimum pressure drop. The screen has a variety of mesh sizes ranging from 4 mesh to 325 mesh. The fluid filtration gasket provides a wide range of filtration to maximum eliminate the final particles and meet your requirements for primary, medium and final filtration of different applications.

Perforated plate gasket
Perforated plate gaskets are ideal for filtering large particles. These filter gaskets can be used for particle removal in a variety of processes or industries to help you avoid equipment wear and product contamination. It can be used as a pre-filter for expensive membrane filters, and it can also be used to filter particulates in fillings and final products.
We provide a full range of perforated plate gaskets, which can meet different filter fineness requirements.

Sock screens
The opening area provided by the sock screens is 5 times higher than that of the traditional screen. Its dirt collection capacity is increased by 5 times, and it can provide a larger flow rate. Due to the large capacity, the sock screen requires less service, thus reducing downtime and expensive maintenance costs. The sock filter effectively improves the energy-saving effect while reducing the wear and burnout of the pump. Sock screens are usually used to transport liquids from bulk storage tanks to tankers and/or in the opposite direction, and are specifically designed for high flow applications with low pressure drops.
