Multilayer spot welding extruder screen
Multi-layer spot welding extruder screen is made by welding process. Cut the different screens into the required shape and size, and then spot weld them together. The outer layer is usually a screen with a larger mesh, which first comes into contact with the molten material to protect the inner finer filter layer from contamination by debris. This type of extruder screen can prevent any impurities from being mixed into the extrusion process and is suitable for fine extrusion.
