The extruder screen disc can be made of different materials, such as stainless steel, low carbon steel, brass, and other alloys. Screen discs are used in extremely thin and fine extrusion processes in industrial production. It is available in various shapes and sizes, single-layer and multi-layer, framed and frameless. Multi-layered ones are made by spot welding multiple screens together.

Application
