Dutch Weave Extruder Screens
The Dutch weave extruder screens are available in plain Dutch weave and twill Dutch weave.
Plain Dutch weave
The weaving method of plain Dutch weave is similar to plain weave, except that the diameter of the warp wire is larger than that of the weft.
Twill Dutch weave
Twill Dutch weave is a combination of twill and Dutch weave patterns. The warp wire of larger diameter alternately passes through the weft of smaller diameter to form a tight mesh that can withstand heavy pressure. The Dutch weave has a stronger and more durable structure than the ordinary weaving method, and has an excellent filtering capacity.
Features
- High filtration accuracy
- High tensile strength, the tight mesh can withstand heavy pressure.
- Sturdy structure and long service life.
Application
Woven wire extruded screens are used for melt filtration in plastics, rubber, and other industries. Woven wire mesh cloth is also used for gas and liquid filtration in petroleum, chemical, aerospace, metallurgy, medicine, ship and automobile industries.
