Multilayer extruder screen with frame
The wire mesh is cut into the required shape and size, and then the multiple layers of the screen are spot welded to each other to form a multilayer extruder screen. A metal frame (usually stainless steel or aluminum) is added on the edge to make it have higher structural stability and strength.
The multi-layer extruder screen with frame is formed by the combination of multi-layer screens with different mesh sizes and densities. The finest wire mesh screen is in the middle, and the larger mesh screen is on the outer side. It is suitable for the extrusion and filtration of plastics, polymers and fibers.
