Rectangular and oval extruder screens are usually made of stainless steel, mild steel, copper, brass or aluminum. They are used to provide clean, fine extrusion of molten materials, polymers, etc. Rectangular and oval extruder screens provide a larger surface area, and the amount of material that can be filtered is nearly twice that of disc screens. There are single-layer and multi-layer screens, different patterns, to meet the application of different customers, so as to achieve the ideal filtering effect.
